Arms + Cardio = Great Workout

After work yesterday, I went shopping for my boyfriend’s Valentines Day present. I’m not going to tell you exactly what is yet just in case he reads this before tomorrow. My younger sister Danielle went with me and we had a good time talking and shopping for about an hour. By the time I got home I was starving and I wanted something quick so I made an egg wrap—unpictured because I wolfed it down in about two seconds. Sorry! Next time.

My workout combined arms and abs for an awesome and very sweaty workout. I could definitely feel the burn!
