How are your workouts going this week? So far my runs have been just meh, but that’s ok. As long as I’m still getting to the gym and putting in my miles I’m counting that as a win. I’m not training for anything right now so I’ve been sticking to about 3 or 4 miles a day depending on what I have time for in the morning.
I’ve also been pretty consistant with my strength training, which is great because in the past running has always taken precedent.
Per usual I have a wednesday workout for you. This one combines a lower body workout with one minute cardio blasts.
