Today’s workout is a short one, but it really packs a punch. There are only five moves, but don’t let that lull you into a false sense of security. Your inner thighs will be burning when you’re done!
This workout came from POPSUGAR. Click here to see the full routine and gifs of each move. I loved that this routine relied mostly on body weight exercises rather than heavy weights as my thighs tend to bulk up a little with too much resistance. This was a great in between.
