Happy Workout Wednesday! This routine was designed with my aching knees in mind. After two hard runs last weekend I was sore so I took Monday as a rest day. After work my legs felt much better so I decided to put in some light strength training.
These exercises were performed with 2 lb ankle weights while I watched TV. I just started The Newsroom on HBO. Any fans out there? So far I’m kinda geeking out. As a journalism grad and an editor, it’s right up my alley.
