Happy Friday!
I really hope the work day flies by because I have plans to meet my friends for dinner. I can’t wait! I love getting together with my girls. I’m not sure where we’re going tonight, but I hope it’s somewhere that makes a good margarita because I’m craving one hardcore! I’ll be sure to fill you in on all our good eats tomorrow.
For now, here are my five favorite things this week.
Gorgeous Spring Weather
After such a long and freezing cold winter, this warmer weather has been HEAVEN! Take a look at this forecast. It’s going to be close to 70 this weekend and 75 on Monday! Maybe this will be the weekend I finally get to run outside again 🙂 .
Wild Friends Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter
This stuff is incredible. I’ve eaten it almost everyday for lunch and even put pumpkin seeds on my sandwich like I do with regular peanut butter. I love that I can sneak some chocolate into my day for the same amount of calories and health benefits as plain old peanut butter (which I still love). I’m really happy I decided to buy this on a whim at Market Basket last week.
I bought a few pairs of these socks when I exchanged my Skyscape shoes at the Reebok Outlet store. The colored part of the socks have a little bit of padding that make them really comfy to wear while I run. I’ve also worn them to work a few times with my regular shoes and they were equally as nice. Just like walking on little clouds.
I picked this up this curling wand at target on my lunch break yesterday and I got up early this morning to try it out. I love it! I’ll post a picture soon to show you what my hair looks like, but I can tell you it’s usually super thin and flat and today it has some nice body to it! The wand heated up pretty quickly and it was very easy to use. I’m not good at hair so I was a little worried, but I’m happy with the results. I do have slightly wavy hair already, so I was really only adding some definition to the waves. It looks nice though and smoothed out my usual frizz.
Red Sox Baseball
Baseball season! Woot, Woot! Love the Red Sox, but don’t love their record so far. At least it’s early in the season.

Pink Polish and Running Shoes 
I’ve been wanting to try a curling wand! I keep worrying that it’ll be too complicated and I’ll burn myself haha.
I also thinking I need to try that peanut butter now!!
It was so easy I promise! Mine came with a glove, which is good because otherwise I would burn myself. I burn myself with the straighter all the time
. I was also worried about buying a wand that was “cheap” because I wasn’t sure it would work, but the Remington one only cost me $25 and it heats up to 410 degrees, which is plenty hot enough. If you try it, let me know how it goes 🙂
Oohh a margarita right now seems like it would hit the spot! Frozen sweet and tart goodness. Mhmm that chocolate coconut peanut butter looks so good! I’ve never seen that brand before, so I might need to do some internet hunting to find it. Chocolate for lunch/a snack sounds right up my alley!
I’m still SO on the edge about buying a pair of skyscapes. I have gone as far as to add them to my basket on the website haha.
I’m going to be a bad influence and tell you to buy them 😉 . Now that the weather has been nicer I’ve been wearing them with capris and they look so cute! If you do get them, I would definitely recommend trying them on first if you can because I ordered a 7 (which is the size I always wear) and when the shoes came I had to exchange them back for a six.
Found you from ‘Running out of wine’ – and when I clicked and saw ‘Marlborough’ I had to comment! We live in western NY now (Corning), but I lived all my life until a few years ago in the Boston area and I worked 15 years at what is now Dow (started as Shipley, then Rohm & Hass bought them, then Dow) …
But totally loving the weather – for us on Tuesday a cool-down is coming (a day ahead of you, likely) … but I’ll take it!
